AUST’N CO BARBERS | Terms & Conditions for Plans & Services

By subscribing to a Monthly Haircut Plan with AUST’N CO BARBERS, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure fairness, clarity, and a premium experience for all our valued clients.

1. Plan Duration

    •    Each Monthly Haircut Plan is valid for a total of 4.5 weeks from the date of the first scheduled appointment.

2. Missed Appointments

    •    No-show Policy: If you miss an appointment without prior notice, the session will be forfeited with no refund.

    •    Medical Exceptions: In the event of illness or medical emergency, we are happy to reschedule your appointment. Valid medical proof (e.g., doctor’s note) must be provided within 24 hours of the missed appointment.

3. Non-transferability

    •    Monthly plans are strictly non-transferable and may not be shared with others. Any attempt to misuse or share the plan will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

    •    Exception: A plan may only be used by someone else if it has been purchased separately as a gift and clearly assigned to the intended recipient prior to the first appointment. Please notify AUST’N CO BARBERS in writing with the recipient’s full name and contact details to activate the gifted plan.

4. Gifting Policy

    •    A full, unused Monthly Plan may be gifted to another individual. This must be arranged before the first appointment is booked. Please notify AUST’N CO BARBERS in writing, including the name and contact details of the recipient to initiate the transfer.

5. Plan Compatibility

    •    This plan is fully compatible with all other services provided by AUST’N CO BARBERS. Additional services can be added or booked separately as desired.

6. Holiday & Travel Adjustments

    •    If you will be away during your plan period, please inform us two weeks in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule and rearrange sessions accordingly.

7. Refund Policy

    •    Payments for Monthly Plans are non-refundable once the plan period has begun, unless otherwise agreed under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of AUST’N CO BARBERS.

8.Cancellation Policy – Illness & Late Notice

 

We understand that illness and unforeseen circumstances can happen. However, to respect our time and other clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

 

We operate a 3-strike policy for last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice):

 

  • After 3 late cancellations, the third missed appointment will need to be paid in full before any further bookings can be made.
